captcha-solver works on a prepaid balance. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees. You top up your balance and spend it as you go. Unused balance never expires.
A charge is applied immediately when a captcha is submitted to the service. If the captcha is not successfully solved, the amount is returned to your balance within 24 hours. The price per solve is shown on the pricing page and may vary by captcha type.
You are responsible for submitting valid and correctly formatted captcha data. Intentionally sending unsolvable captchas in order to disrupt the service may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
Topped-up balance is non-refundable except in cases of verified technical error on our side. If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support within 14 days with your request ID.
If you are unable to solve captchas successfully or cannot determine the correct parameters, contact our technical support and we will help you configure the integration.
We accept credit and debit cards via our payment processor. Card data is never stored on our servers: all transactions are handled by a PCI-compliant third party.
